Camino Pilgrimage – Limited Availability
From March 30 to June 18, 2026, I will be in Europe on a journey of reflection, renewal, and growth. The walking portion of the Camino de Santiago will begin later in April, once I reach Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port.
During this time, my regular appointment availability will be limited. You are still welcome to reach out via the contact form or email. I will check messages periodically when WiFi is available. For urgent matters, I may be able to arrange a session depending on my schedule and connection along the way. I’ll also be sharing thoughts and photos from the journey on my blog (linked here), as I’ll have plenty of time for reflection along the way.
Thank you for your understanding and support during this time.
— Detlef

Hypnotherapy Saved My Life
“On January 13th, 2018, I was airlifted off the coast of Costa Rica after suffering a Wallenberg syndrome stroke due to a 35-year cigarette addiction. Despite this, a year later, I was still smoking up to a pack a day. Faced with a grim future of potential recurring strokes, I tried various methods to quit without success. Upon a recommendation, I sought a hypnotherapy session with Detlef. Two years later, I am smoke-free. Detlef’s remarkable gift broke the chain of addiction, saving me from further damage and potentially life-threatening situations. I'll let Detlef explain the details, as even medical professionals and the Lung Cancer Institute of BC are unable to comprehend my story. Thank you, Detlef, for saving my life.”
